I want to pay money for premium plan but account number of company is not available. I am trying Since hour the contact number but result is failure.

I got too many matches and got tired of clicking on them. I tried to cancel/delete my profile and could not find any link. Since I started this process I have received a reply via text as follows: This is a text-only service, please send us your profile number or email address... Let's see if they can solve my problem

Did you contact them? This is not the venue. I had issues and got their support at https://www.shadi.com/shadisupport/index.php They solved my problem and gave me half back even though I had used the site for over a month.
